about choreolab europe
choreolab europe is a collaborative artistic research platform for dance and choreography. twice a year choreographers, dancers and movers can join a 4-day intensive, where we facilitate opportunities to explore and develop choreographical ideas. Through labs, playgrounds and lectures we create a safe space where everyone’s ideas can be addressed, shared and reflected on in a peer-to-peer setting.
choreolab europe was founded by artistic directors sanne clifford and anja gallagher, who met in 2014 and have been working together since. after their first year of collaboration they wanted to take their artistic research to a next level and initiated choreoLab europe. after two successful seasons happening in 5 different countries and cities, the team have started her preparations for the third season. read along and get to know more about the team (below) and the choreolabs.
